  • Experience with storyboarding and visual treatments for video and motion content
  • Deep understanding of typography layout photography design systems and brand expression across print and digital
  • Ability to give direction and constructive feedback to designers at varying skill levels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Comfort with evolving AI creative tools
