- 7+ years of art direction or graphic design experience with a portfolio spanning brand campaigns identity and digital creative
- Experience at a consumer brand in outdoor apparel activewear lifestyle or adjacent categories
- Strong visual instincts and a differentiated point of view
- Experience art directing lifestyle photo and video productions on-location
- Proven ability to concept and lead campaigns from brief through final delivery
- Confident presentation skills for senior stakeholders
- Sharp sense for copy and messaging
- Experience with storyboarding and visual treatments for video and motion content
- Deep understanding of typography layout photography design systems and brand expression across print and digital
- Ability to give direction and constructive feedback to designers at varying skill levels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Comfort with evolving AI creative tools
- Highly organized self-directed and collaborative
