Requirements

  • Strong Python programming with hands-on experience in scikit-learn TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Practical experience developing training and evaluating ML NLP and predictive models
  • Experience deploying AI/ML in Microsoft Azure including Azure AI ML Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI large language models and prompt engineering
  • Understanding of MLOps practices for deployment monitoring and lifecycle management
  • Solid data engineering skills across structured and unstructured data
  • Awareness of responsible AI data governance and security
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Day to day

  • Design and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions for UK public sector clients in Defence Government and Security
  • Develop production-ready models pipelines and API-driven AI services that turn complex structured and unstructured data into trusted insights
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams and client stakeholders to translate mission-critical challenges into practical responsible AI solutions
