  • Experience delivering system-to-system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration or integration platforms such as n8n Temporal MuleSoft Apache Camel or Boomi
  • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • Experience developing AI-native applications
  • Production experience with Generative AI
  • Building RAG systems including hybrid retrieval embeddings and knowledge retrieval pipelines
  • Experience developing agentic AI systems including agent orchestration tool calling and multi-agent workflows
  • Strong Python development experience
  • Experience building and scaling AI-native products
  • Cloud-native infrastructure experience including Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with AI tooling or frameworks such as Pydantic AI LangChain and MCP
  • Strong passion for AI-native software engineering and adopting new technologies
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in Generative AI
  • Experience building agentic applications including MCP and planning-based agent architectures
  • Go development experience
  • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes Docker and CNCF ecosystem
