Requirements
- University, Business School, Engineering School or MBA
- 10+ years’ experience in leasing, equipment financing / medical device sales
- Experience in a medical equipment leasing company or financing division of a medical manufacturer preferred
- Knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operational requirements and transaction structures applicable to asset finance
- Fluency in English
- Command of the Office package
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Very good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills

Day to day
- Manage and oversee the implementation of asset financing, pricing models and strategies designed to optimise revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits
- Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements
- Market Stryker Flex Financial products and programs to customers and facilitate the sale of capital equipment
