University, Business School, Engineering School or MBA
10+ years’ experience in leasing, equipment financing / medical device sales
Experience in a medical equipment leasing company or financing division of a medical manufacturer preferred
Knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operational requirements and transaction structures applicable to asset finance
Fluency in English
Command of the Office package
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

What the job involves
Manage and oversee the implementation of asset financing, pricing models and strategies designed to optimise revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits
Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements
Market Stryker Flex Financial products and programs to customers and facilitate the sale of capital equipment
