Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Relevant HR certification preferred
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive People & Culture or Human Resources experience
  • Experience in employee relations compensation administration and internal communications
  • Demonstrated experience administering compensation programs and evaluating requests against salary structures
  • Experience leading or contributing to organization-wide committee work
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR a plus
  • Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential matters
  • Collaborative relationship-oriented approach

Day to day

  • Oversee compensation requests and annual salary cycle logistics while maintaining salary bands and market benchmarking
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations concerns and lead confidential resolution and documentation
  • Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives that support policy updates recognition and organization-wide events
  • Provide backup recruitment coordination during peak hiring periods to protect the candidate experience
