Who you are

  • Administrative experience in a customer-facing position or equivalent
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel and Teams
  • Ability to use various IT systems
  • Prioritize and respond to changing priorities effectively within a small team
  • Communicate effectively at all levels including face-to-face and in writing
  • Good digital communication skills for virtual working
  • Experience using and creating Excel spreadsheets CRMs and grants

What the job involves

  • Providing administrative support to the Business Innovation and Philanthropy team and the Cultural Recovery Loans team
  • Servicing and event-managing internal and external business meetings
  • Coordinating administrative processes including collating and distributing agendas and papers
  • Administrative assistance including liaising with colleagues to support diary management travel booking and responding to enquiries
