Who you are

• Up to 2 years of experience in strategy market insights or branding/communication required
• Proven expertise in data analysis and story-telling
• Desire to work directly with clients and build impactful relationships
• Ability to work independently with a strong customer focus
• Experience with media communications support/customer success or consulting preferred
• Proficiency in web and cloud-based data platforms PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in communications business economics liberal arts or social sciences required

What the job involves

• Work alongside Directors to deliver high-quality reputation-focused analysis insights and guidance
• Create and develop client-facing content before during and after client deliveries and workshops
• Grow long-term client relationships for consistent renewals and upsells
• Contribute to knowledge acquisition about clients’ businesses markets and industries
• Advise clients on Brand and Reputation Corporate Communications efficacy ESG Risk Stakeholder profiling and prioritization
• Analyze corporate reputations to identify leadership patterns themes and trends
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing clients
• Develop industry sector expertise
