Remote Associate Application Support Engineer Job in United States Lighthouse

Who you are

• Two-year degree in software engineering computer science information technology or similar
• Exceptional ability to provide front-end support and communicate complex ideas
• Proficient in monitoring application errors and aiding in their repair
• Experience with eDiscovery tools like Relativity Brainspace Nuix and ECapture
• Basic knowledge of SQL Database Design T-SQL and Linux-based operating systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as part of an on-call rotation

Desirables

• AES knowledge
• VMware ESXi and Vcenter understanding
• SAN and NAS storage systems knowledge

What the job involves

• Providing software application support under the supervision of a Senior Engineer
• Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements
• Assisting with maintaining effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications
• Consulting with the development team and clients to enhance application performance
• Establishing root causes of errors and escalating serious concerns
• Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics
