Requirements
- Two-year degree in software engineering computer science information technology or similar
- Exceptional ability to provide front-end support and communicate complex ideas
- Proficient in monitoring application errors and aiding in their repair
- Experience with eDiscovery tools like Relativity Brainspace Nuix and ECapture
- Basic knowledge of SQL Database Design T-SQL and Linux-based operating systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as part of an on-call rotation
Nice to have
- AES knowledge
- VMware ESXi and Vcenter understanding
- SAN and NAS storage systems knowledge
Day to day
- Providing software application support under the supervision of a Senior Engineer
- Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements
- Assisting with maintaining effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications
- Consulting with the development team and clients to enhance application performance
- Establishing root causes of errors and escalating serious concerns
- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics
