Who you are

• 8+ years of experience with a focus on cross-channel campaigns and brand design at an in-house team or agency
• Exceptional design portfolio showcasing concept-led work
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color theory and brand system implementation for digital and print
• Ability to maintain high quality creative with attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced and iterative environment
• Strong presentation skills and ability to defend design choices
• Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other digital tools
• Experience in responsive UX/UI design and front-end development workflows

Desirables

• Interest or experience in copywriting, photography, illustration, motion graphics, video production, and/or front-end development
• Ability to influence change through inspirational design, rationale, and supporting data
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
• Commitment to learning and making others successful
• BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising or equivalent

What the job involves

• Lead and execute the design of branded experiences for cross-channel marketing initiatives including online advertising, digital marketing and web
• Strategically version and optimize campaign designs based on learnings from data in collaboration with the Performance team
• Identify and define new opportunities while supporting and executing brand vision and strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
