Requirements
- Must have experience in USA student recruitment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required
- Experience working in the education sector specifically in Colleges and Universities
- Experience in preparing strategies to acquire business in new regions and to develop business in existing regions
- Experience working with B2B Education Agent partnerships
- Previous experience in direct International Student Recruitment
Day to day
- The Associate Director will bring strategic vision focus and innovation to enable future growth in a competitive market. Dealing with prospective student enrollments through international student recruitment from Agents
- Dealing with direct student recruitment is expected once general inquiries or initial applications are made via Agents. Identifying new business opportunities in existing and new markets. The role centrally involves liaising with high profile clients and managing both students’ and agents’ expectations in line with deliverables.
- Engaging in sales and marketing activities and having a solid understanding of industry trends to inform upon strategic planning and forecasting. Finding ways to explore new markets and bring in revenue
