Day to day

  • Manage complex calendars for senior executives and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts using efficient tools and workflows
  • Provide high-level administrative support including travel logistics expense processing reimbursements and coordination across executive priorities
  • Support board-related processes by drafting agendas minute forms managing conflict of interest forms and assisting with communications
  • Draft clear communications for network partners and stakeholders and help maintain organized folders documents and operational systems
