Day to day
- Work closely with the SR HRBP to support the non-exempt workforce and execute key HR processes
- Gather and analyze data with Human Resources metrics
- Coach and advise front-line managers on employee-related issues and needs
- Drive employee engagement within teams by creating action plans and driving accountability with leaders
