Day to day
- Assist our Implementation Team with software configuration enabling them to deliver value within their organization as soon as possible
- Become a specialist in the low-code GAN platform
- Configure and deploy our data analytics BI dashboards
- Work with other Implementation Managers and the wider CS team to ensure smooth cooperation and delivery of solutions
- Coordinate with the Implementation Team Leads for project deliverables and deliver based on deadlines
- Adhere to and follow project management methodologies
- Ensure global cooperation with various team members and stakeholders
- Efficiently identify risks and issues and escalate them to the Implementation Team Leads
