Requirements
- Knowledge of Human Centered Design and Innovation mindsets tools and techniques
- Skilled in behavioral research practices
- Skilled in 2D and 3D Design Tools to create concepts
- Skilled in communication practices and crafting stories
- Ability to translate user research into design principles
- Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
- Ability to bring ideas to life through model making/ rapid prototyping
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in a research driven field like social sciences or design fields like Industrial Visual Experience Technology or Service designs
- Entry level experience in Business consulting/ Strategy User Research Prototyping and Communications
- Must be US citizen or authorized to work in the US
- Must be at least 18
- Well-groomed appearance
- Compliance with attendance standards
- Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station for extended periods
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to use a computer and office productivity tools with speed and accuracy

Day to day
- Support Innovation Team by bringing human-centered approaches to research, ideation, and prototyping to prepare a pipeline of solutions for business challenges
- Test prototypes with users, gather feedback, and document design requirements
- Support concept workshops and multi-disciplinary project teams through various design modes
