- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of experience in sales, relationship, and account management
- Significant business development and project management skills
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus
- Expertise in leading proposal presentations and building CXO-level relationships
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required

Day to day
- Manage client relationships and build a portfolio up to $10M
- Own the opportunity management cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure client commitments are met
- Create and implement account plans including pricing and opportunity strategies
