Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred
  • Prior experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Team Lead with a team of direct reports preferred
  • 5-7 years of hands-on software engineering experience using C# and .NET and a solid understanding of client server architecture
  • Ability to influence and build relationships
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent decision-making skills

Day to day

  • Develop and maintain software applications using .NET Framework and C#
  • Design and implement user interfaces with WPF and Winforms
  • Collaborate on the architecture and server administration for Windows applications
