Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred
- Prior experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Team Lead with a team of direct reports preferred
- 5-7 years of hands-on software engineering experience using C# and .NET and a solid understanding of client server architecture
- Ability to influence and build relationships
- Ability to effectively manage conflict
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent decision-making skills
