Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Healthcare Administration Information Systems or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in product management business analysis or similar role
  • Active daily use of AI tools such as Claude ChatGPT Copilot or Cursor
  • Experience with ePrescribing systems electronic health records healthcare technology or pharmacy systems
  • Familiarity with NCPDP SCRIPT Standard and claims adjudication processes highly desired
  • Previous experience with agile development methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing processes
  • Familiarity with AWS ecosystem and cloud-based development workflows preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare ePrescribing and interoperability standards such as NCPDP SCRIPT HL7 and FHIR preferred
  • Understanding of pharmacy claims processing and adjudication workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and break them into actionable tasks
  • Experience with data analysis and creating meaningful reports
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify root causes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Day to day

  • Support the ePrescribing team with hands-on product execution and day-to-day operational coordination
  • Write detailed user stories acceptance criteria and technical requirements to keep work clearly defined and prioritized
  • Facilitate backlog grooming sprint planning bug triage release coordination and support collaboration across product engineering QA and operations
  • Analyze support data product metrics and user feedback to surface trends improve workflows and strengthen product quality
