Requirements

Day to day
- Develop digital assets that clearly convey product functionality, user interactions, and user journey.
- Generate comprehensive documentation including user requirements specifications, conceptual models, personas, storyboards/scenarios, flowcharts, sketches, wireframes, information architectures (IAs), design prototypes, and visual design artifacts.
- Utilize various design methods to define user interfaces, incorporating observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, design sprints, and other forms of requirements gathering.
- Contribute to ideation and conceptual development of solutions supporting multiple devices, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility is accounted for.
- Work within cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and quality professionals.
- Clearly articulate design decisions to product teams, users, and leadership.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.
