Who you are

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans
  • Perform ongoing market, pricing, and competitive analyses
  • Develop and execute product roadmap strategy
  • Create and execute commercialization plans
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by soliciting feedback
  • Lead product development with the licensed manufacturer
  • Define customer needs and feature requirements
  • Assist in the development of long-range product plans
  • Produce effective sales aids and clinical marketing collateral
  • Support Global Training efforts with product content
  • Develop project briefs for key projects
  • Support product line launch, demonstrations, and sales efforts
  • 25% overnight travel.
  • Meet onsite with the manufacturer

  • Topcon Associate Product Managers (APM) are the product and market experts for their assigned product portfolios.
  • They are responsible to monitor and manage business performance, market trends and drivers of assigned products.
  • APMs also handle portfolio-related marketing materials, competitive analysis, and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Go-to-market preparations, presentations, and collaborating with the training department for product courses are also included.
