Remote Associate Product Manager Job in United States Applied Systems

Who you are

• Proven experience (1 to 3 years) in Product management or related roles
• Technical aptitude and the ability to engage with software engineers and technical stakeholders
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, API design principles, and Web Services technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines

Desirables

• Understanding of Commercial Lines Insurance workflows and Insurance agency workflows
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
• Data Analytical and Quantitative skills
• Insurance industry experience

What the job involves

• Provide technical direction in driving the strategy, development, and enhancement of Applied products like Commercial lines quoting, Prospecting Tools, Epic Forms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and marketing to ensure our Commercial lines solutions meet stakeholders' needs
• Maintain, refine, and prioritize backlog, define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and develop and deliver using agile principles
