Requirements

Day to day
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the POS space
- Partner with sales partner success customer support and engineering teams to gather and analyze user feedback
- Translate user needs into actionable product requirements and stories
- Assist with managing and designing product enhancements from our Ideas Portal
- Work collaboratively with designers and engineers to define product specifications and user experience (UX) for new features
- Assist with creating and maintaining the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Track product performance metrics and analyze user data to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date on the latest POS technologies and trends
