Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role, Software Engineering role, or related field
  • Experience with pharmacy benefit management, health plans, or healthcare companies
  • Ability to conceptualize and translate complex problems into viable solutions
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, or other data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and project management abilities
  • Intellectual and professional curiosity
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience with agile framework; certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
  • Experience with Github or similar source code repositories preferred
  • Knowledge of Python programming language preferred

What the job involves

  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Manage and meet stakeholders’ priorities and expectations.
  • Analyze product data to aid in product prioritization and optimization.
  • Conduct user experience testing and research with design team.
  • Collect and act on feedback to ideate and anticipate new products.
  • Create and maintain product roadmap and develop business requirements.
  • Perform backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events.
  • Conduct user testing pre and post functionality release to the customer.
  • Publish release notes and user guides.
  • Present roadmap updates and delivery risks to senior leadership.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day project management functions.
