- 2-4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software or equivalent related experience
- Demonstrated ownership of a product surface end-to-end
- Comfort with data-rich or analytics-driven product surfaces
- Industrial experience or strong eagerness to learn the industrial domain
- Experience working in agile environments with product engineering and design practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Own product execution for key modules in an Industrial Asset Management & Analytics platform, including AI-assisted diagnostic and workflow products.
- Translate complex industrial workflows into intuitive modern software experiences and shape user experience with product and design partners.
- Gather customer and SME feedback, define requirements, drive agile delivery, and track success metrics across cross-functional teams.
