Who you are

  • 2+ years in building and shipping products
  • Ability to dissect problems into deliverables for quick market hypothesis testing
  • Scientific and systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Sufficient technical knowledge for close collaboration with Engineers
  • Navigate ambiguity and turn data into actionable plans
  • Innately curious and collaborative
  • Strong communication skills
  • BS or MS in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and Pendo
  • Experience in SQL is a plus

What the job involves

  • Report to a Group Product Manager and support a Senior Product Manager
  • Own a discrete product line focusing on tactical roadmap delivery
  • Advance skills in long-term product strategy and product ownership
  • Work with Engineering to deliver solutions against the roadmap
  • Write user stories and requirements to support product development
  • Monitor and report on post-launch KPIs
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
  • Perform quality assurance controls to minimize launch friction
  • Liaise with Marketing for product advertisement and positioning
