Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or product environment
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Prior experience in product management product owner business analyst or similar role preferred
- Ability to contribute to technical solution formulation communication and implementation
- Strong communication skills across teams and with international cross-functional colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies
- Excellent organizational time management and creative thinking skills
- Understanding of software development and quality assurance workflow
- Able to work independently with growing autonomy
- Takes initiative and willingness to take risks
- Ability to travel about 5% of the time

Day to day
- Manage and prioritize the Maintenance/EV change request backlog while balancing customer impact business priorities and engineering effort
- Support the Senior Product Manager in shaping the Maintenance/EV roadmap using customer insight market feedback and product analysis
- Own smaller bugs and enhancements end to end working closely with Engineering to scope track and deliver work to completion
- Lead backlog refinement sprint demos release communications and product coordination across internal teams customers and subject matter experts
- Conduct product usage research define KPIs and grow product knowledge to improve the Maintenance/EV suite over time
