• Design and deliver virtual and in-person training
• Carry out job evaluations using HERA and FEDRA schemes
• Collate and analyze pay data
• Produce reports for clients
• Build relationships with clients and partners
• Understand legislative guidance and professional practices

Desirables

• Degree level education
• Experience in HR
• Experience in Education
• Experience using CRM systems

What the job involves

• Deliver standard and bespoke training virtually and in person on role analysis and ECC Online job evaluation software
• Carry out job evaluations using HERA and FEDRA schemes, recording scores appropriately
• Support reward projects by collating and analyzing data, producing reports, and gathering information from clients and partners
• Build and maintain relationships with members and clients, respond to email enquiries, and develop ECC’s products and services
• Independently manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of ECC and effective client engagement
