Requirements
- Design and deliver virtual and in-person training
- Carry out job evaluations using HERA and FEDRA schemes
- Collate and analyze pay data
- Produce reports for clients
- Build relationships with clients and partners
- Understand legislative guidance and professional practices

- Degree level education
- Experience in HR
- Experience in Education
- Experience using CRM systems
Day to day
- Deliver standard and bespoke training virtually and in person on role analysis and ECC Online job evaluation software
- Carry out job evaluations using HERA and FEDRA schemes, recording scores appropriately
- Support reward projects by collating and analyzing data, producing reports, and gathering information from clients and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with members and clients, respond to email enquiries, and develop ECC’s products and services
- Independently manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of ECC and effective client engagement
