- Three years of healthcare information systems experience preferred
- Experienced working with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices including Agile methodologies
- Proficient in web programming and REST APIs
- Experienced in working quickly toward tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to scope design deliverables and prioritize work items accurately
- Demonstrated high energy levels and tolerance of tight deadlines and time pressures
- Experienced in a healthcare environment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Day to day
- Conceptualize, design, and implement the MemorialCare Genesys PureCloud platform
- Collaborate with IT team to align platform design and functionality with business needs
