Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Required up to 2 years in a technical or solutions-adjacent role
- Foundational Python or scripting skills
- Familiarity with databases including SQL vector stores or document databases

- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize under pressure
- Comfortable working directly in client environments
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn new tools quickly

- Design and build AI-native agentic systems that solve real business problems and improve over time
- Develop knowledge infrastructure including databases embedding pipelines and retrieval systems that make institutional knowledge queryable
- Prototype quickly iterate with clients and cross-functional teams and translate feedback into working solutions that clients own
