What the job involves
- Support the authoring of online employee relations content for both new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the Lead Content Author and liaise with clients to transform their HR policies into online step-by-step content
- Attend client meetings and process workshops to support the project implementation team
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders and provide key contact during project implementation
- Produce content following agreed style guides and track changes in employment law to update content accordingly
