Requirements

Day to day
- Lead engineering strategy and delivery across brokerage platform domains, brokerage operations, and client servicing capabilities
- Drive greenfield product development that modernizes retirement and financial planning services
- Guide architectural decisions, assess emerging technologies, and translate business goals into scalable technical solutions
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to shape product strategy and deliver high-impact initiatives
- Mentor engineers and build an outcome-driven team culture based on trust and accountability
