Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania compulsory school attendance requirements and programs
- Excellent organization and written and oral communications skills
- Customer focused approach

- Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment

- Ability to travel including overnight stays as required
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Appropriate Automobile Insurance Coverage
- Must be able to commute to a Family Service Center regardless of commute complexity
- Candidates must reside within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Day to day
- Oversee daily attendance and engagement operations for learners at the Harrisburg Family Service Center, ensuring compulsory attendance requirements are implemented accurately and consistently.
- Monitor attendance data and overdue lessons, then contact at-risk learners and families with timely written and verbal communication to support compliance and improvement.
- Coordinate conferences, home visits, referrals, citations, and hearing preparation while documenting all actions and maintaining organized records in school systems.
