Requirements

Proven experience in technical writing and excellent written English skills
Good motivator with energy and enthusiasm
Learn quickly, multitask and work independently or as part of a team
Deliver high-quality training material to target groups
Adapt quickly to technological changes and explain them clearly
Manage learning groups effectively to increase productivity
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and articulate tools
Hands-on experience with learning management systems
Working knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLC products, panel designing, and CIP (Common Industrial Protocol)
In-depth knowledge of SCADA, iSCADA, Control Automation, Systems, Automation Framework Design, SDL preferred
Practical exposure to live systems is an advantage
Training qualification like Cert IV in Training and Assessment is highly favored
7+ years of work experience in automation with in-depth knowledge of methods and practices
Execution and delivery of practical and theoretical formal classroom training

Day to day

Deliver face-to-face and potentially virtual high-quality training material for varied audiences and experience levels using tested instructional design theory, practice, and methods
Contribute to a team by upskilling and leading technical content development
Analyze existing source content and produce smart modifications to add value
Participate and deliver Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions
