Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in technical writing and excellent written English skills
- Good motivator with energy and enthusiasm
- Learn quickly, multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Deliver high-quality training material to target groups
- Adapt quickly to technological changes and explain them clearly
- Manage learning groups effectively to increase productivity
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and articulate tools
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems
- Working knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLC products, panel designing, and CIP (Common Industrial Protocol)
- In-depth knowledge of SCADA, iSCADA, Control Automation, Systems, Automation Framework Design, SDL preferred
- Practical exposure to live systems is an advantage
- Training qualification like Cert IV in Training and Assessment is highly favored
- 7+ years of work experience in automation with in-depth knowledge of methods and practices
- Execution and delivery of practical and theoretical formal classroom training

- Deliver face-to-face and potentially virtual high-quality training material for varied audiences and experience levels using tested instructional design theory, practice, and methods

- Analyze existing source content and produce smart modifications to add value
- Participate and deliver Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions
