Requirements
- Proven experience as a backend developer
- Strong proficiency in C# JavaScript Python or Node.js
- Familiarity with RAG concepts chunking strategies embedding and vector search
- Familiarity with a vector database such as Qdrant Pinecone Weaviate or similar
- Strong troubleshooting skills for integration related issues
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n Zapier or Airflow
- Experience deploying applications via Docker
- Familiarity with maintaining cloud based environments preferably Azure
- Strong grasp of version control and basic CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to monitor system health and troubleshoot script failures in production
- Excellent problem solving communication and collaboration skills

Day to day
- Design and build end-to-end automation solutions that reduce manual work across the business, including integrations data pipelines workflow automation and scripting
- Partner with stakeholders to assess automation opportunities and choose the right approach whether that is AI traditional integrations scripts or workflow changes
- Develop and maintain data movement between systems such as SharePoint SQL file shares and documents while keeping downstream data current and reliable
- Build and support AI-enabled features when they add value including prompt design RAG pipelines and LLM integrations
- Collaborate on the existing C# .NET and Angular ERP codebase while helping deploy monitor and troubleshoot containerized services in Azure
