Requirements
- Proven experience as a backend developer
- Strong proficiency in C# JavaScript Python or Node.js
- Familiarity with RAG concepts chunking strategies embedding and vector search
- Experience with a vector database such as Qdrant Pinecone or Weaviate
- Strong troubleshooting skills for integration issues
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and Redis
- Experience deploying applications via Docker
- Familiarity with maintaining cloud-based environments Azure preferred
- Strong grasp of version control and basic CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to monitor system health and troubleshoot production script failures
- 3 to 7 years of full-time full-stack development experience
- 3 plus years building system integrations data integrations or APIs

Day to day
- Build end-to-end automation solutions across the business, including integrations, data pipelines, workflow automation, and scripting.
- Partner with stakeholders to spot automation opportunities and choose wisely between AI, traditional integrations, scripts, and workflow changes.
- Develop AI-enabled features such as prompt design, RAG pipelines, vector search, and LLM integrations when they add genuine value.
- Collaborate closely with the C#/.NET and Angular development team on feature work, bug fixes, code reviews, and containerized services in Azure.
