  • Extensive automation testing experience with at least 5 years leading automation projects
  • Strong Identity & Access Management IAM knowledge
  • Python and PyTest
  • API automation testing REST
  • Event-driven architectures including Pub/Sub Kafka or messaging platforms
  • Identity protocols including SCIM LDAP and OIDC
  • RBAC ABAC or policy-based testing
  • Consumer-driven contract testing
  • GitHub and CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Cloud testing experience ideally Google Cloud Platform GCP
  • JIRA and Zephyr
  • Agile delivery environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Day to day

  • Define and lead the overall automation testing strategy for a complex IAM platform
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for cloud-native identity solutions
  • Test APIs data ingestion processes event-driven architectures and secure identity lifecycle workflows
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and drive shift-left quality practices
  • Lead defect management test planning reporting and mentor Automation Test Engineers
