Role
Who you are
- Strong experience working on a backend product
- Excellent coding ability with C# or Java
- Experienced in writing tests against API’s
- Current experience owning/delivering against strategy
- Management/leadership experience
What the job involves
- Designing and implementing a test strategy that is fit for purpose across all areas of the business.
- Implementing, managing and delivering automation test packs and projects along with your team, using your technical expertise.
- Management of the test team (currently 3 people).
- Deliver your implementations from start to finish and promote them in order to support our products in production.
- Take ownership of testing and ensure all areas are documented, consistent and organised.
- Ensure that code written for tests is consistent, stable, performant, readable and maintainable.
