Requirements

Strong experience working on a backend product
Excellent coding ability with C# or Java
Experienced in writing tests against API’s
Current experience owning/delivering against strategy
Management/leadership experience

Day to day

Designing and implementing a test strategy that is fit for purpose across all areas of the business.
Implementing, managing and delivering automation test packs and projects along with your team, using your technical expertise.
Management of the test team (currently 3 people).
Deliver your implementations from start to finish and promote them in order to support our products in production.
Take ownership of testing and ensure all areas are documented, consistent and organised.
Ensure that code written for tests is consistent, stable, performant, readable and maintainable.
