Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in enterprise software technology ECM AI content services or related industries
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing managers and geographically dispersed teams
- Proven experience leading international partner organizations across EMEA and APAC
- Demonstrated track record of scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth
- Deep experience with co-sell and resell partner motions
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales channel strategies and indirect go-to-market models
- Experience managing executive-level relationships with strategic partners systems integrators cloud providers and channel organizations
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility in managing budgets and partner investments
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into operational execution
- Proven ability to build and scale organizations through rapid growth and transformation

Day to day
- Define and execute the international partner management strategy across EMEA and APAC, building scalable governance and engagement frameworks

- Develop strategic relationships with systems integrators technology partners cloud providers distributors and resellers to drive joint go-to-market growth
