Requirements
- 7-10+ years of progressive project management experience
- Experience in Property/Casualty Insurance strongly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Project Management certification strongly desired
- Total command of project management process risk/change management escalation procedures methodologies and tools/technologies in a project and portfolio context
- Experience leading and facilitating large scale projects in a matrix environment
- Ability to assess critical path identify and manage dependencies and make recommendations independently
- Deep knowledge and experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including cross initiative test planning
- Strong knowledge and experience with Portfolio Dependency Management including dependency identification cross initiative communication prioritization discussions and risk mitigation
- Experience operating in an Agile or Agile SAFe framework strongly desired
- Effective communication skills written verbal and presentation
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability

Day to day
- Manage strategic projects end-to-end across business and technology workstreams, coordinating subject matter experts and delivery teams.
- Lead large-scale multi-project efforts and provide guidance to junior team members while driving program-level outcomes.
- Monitor status, risks, issues, change requests, metrics and dependencies to keep initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
