Day to day

  • Oversee patient access operations and coordinate enterprise-wide programs that improve access to care.
  • Partner with corporate and ministry leaders to design and implement standardized compliant patient access strategies.
  • Lead technology and process improvement efforts to strengthen revenue cycle efficiency consumer engagement and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and guide a high-performing team manage vendor relationships and support disaster recovery planning.
