Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Hands-on experience developing and configuring Amazon Connect contact flows routing and Lambda integrations
- Experience with Amazon Lex Amazon Polly and Contact Lens preferred
- Familiarity with CloudFormation or Terraform for deploying Connect instances
- Ability to partner with stakeholders document technical designs support UAT and communicate project updates

Day to day
- Design and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, queues, hours of operation, and quick connects for contact center environments
- Develop AWS Lambda integrations to enable data lookups dynamic routing and third party API calls within Connect workflows
- Build and tune conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Lex Contact Lens call recording CTRs and backend CRM integrations
- Monitor troubleshoot and optimize contact center performance while supporting infrastructure as code deployments across environments
