Requirements
- At least 7 years experience design cloud systems
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies architecture and best practices
- Experience designing and operating environments across public clouds Azure experience preferred
- Proficiency in cloud services including compute storage databases data analytics networking and security backup and disaster recovery
- Experience with Kubernetes hands-on and as part of architectures you've designed and worked with
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools hand on experience with Terraform preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working with SaaS products
Day to day
- Design scalable secure and cost-effective cloud architectures
- Ensure that environments continue to include components and configuration that conforms to our SOC2 goals
- Design and understand integration with customer networks and software products
- Develop and maintain high-level and detailed design documentation
- Work with vendors to create stacks that meet the aims of the platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud architecture principles and standards
- Contribute to the ISMS security framework and development of policies that have been established
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices
- Support and contribute to sprint team goals
- Align to projects to provide architecture and cloud support
