Requirements
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure components like VMs, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Storage.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Infrastructure troubleshooting experience and the ability to manage IT infrastructure with or without 3rd party support.
- Knowledge of cloud security protocols, data protection strategies, and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading projects, including timeline management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Experience with cloud migration strategies, including lift-and-shift, application modernization, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven experience managing Azure cloud environments, including deployment, management, and scaling of applications and services.
- This role requires a criminal record check.

Day to day
- This is a new role focused on managing and optimizing our Azure services.
- Spearhead cloud-based projects to maximize the benefits of Azure.
- Work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager to drive innovation in our Azure environment.
- Provide 3rd-line technical support and guidance across various IT disciplines.
