Requirements
- Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with containerization and microservices architectures
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect designing and implementing solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Deep understanding of Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and best practices
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (AZ-30x series)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Must embody accountability, bias to action, and collaboration
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive motivational, and interpersonal skills
Day to day
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Design end-to-end solutions in Azure aligning with strategic goals.
- Develop architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
- Guide development teams during implementation to ensure best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Stay current with Azure technologies and evaluate new tools for enhancement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing technical recommendations and solutions.
