Who you are

• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of Azure services - Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Networking
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices
• Familiarity with Azure security tools and services like Microsoft Defender, Azure ATP, Azure Sentinel, Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra, Azure Firewall
• Experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure services using Azure ExpressRoute, Azure Virtual Network, VPN Gateway, Azure Arc
• Knowledge of Azure data services including Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics
• Experience with data migration and integration strategies

What the job involves

• An Azure Technical Architect designs, builds, deploys, and maintains business applications and critical infrastructure inside the Azure Cloud.
• The candidate needs to have developed skills and expertise to help the design and building of advanced cloud-based solutions and migration of existing workloads to the cloud.
• Responsibilities include architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments for the organization; understanding business objectives of the client and creating cloud-based solutions; migrating systems into the public cloud for digital transformation; keeping cloud environments secure; determining risk associated with third-party platforms; improving DevOps to automate tasks; designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and more.
