Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices
Familiarity with Azure security tools and services like Microsoft Defender, Azure ATP, Azure Sentinel, Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra, Azure Firewall
Experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure services using Azure ExpressRoute, Azure Virtual Network, VPN Gateway, Azure Arc
Knowledge of Azure data services including Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics
Experience with data migration and integration strategies

An Azure Technical Architect designs, builds, deploys, and maintains business applications and critical infrastructure inside the Azure Cloud.
The candidate needs to have developed skills and expertise to help the design and building of advanced cloud-based solutions and migration of existing workloads to the cloud.
Responsibilities include architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments for the organization; understanding business objectives of the client and creating cloud-based solutions; migrating systems into the public cloud for digital transformation; keeping cloud environments secure; determining risk associated with third-party platforms; improving DevOps to automate tasks; designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and more.
