Requirements
- 5+ years designing and building backend services for workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal including workflow execution state management task routing observability and operational automation
- 5+ years understanding fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
- 5+ years experience with Rust as a primary language and one or more of Node C# or Python
- Understanding of SQL and document database development
- Great communication skills
- Ability to translate technology requirements to internal stakeholders
- Capable of self-deployments in a well-defined container pipeline
- Firm understanding of cloud infrastructure

Day to day
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services in cloud environments using Jira and Git
- Build REST APIs and state-aware workflows while contributing to technical design and user stories
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers QA analysts business analysts and teammates to deliver cohesive products
- Improve existing services and respond proactively to technical issues
- Participate in code reviews meetings and feedback loops to strengthen team output
