Requirements

Day to day

Lead development of Bittensor subnet
Enhance, maintain, scale distributed systems infrastructure
Design, implement, maintain scalable backend systems
Optimize database performance, ensure data integrity
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, documentation
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, stakeholders
Troubleshoot, resolve backend issues for high availability, reliability
Stay updated with backend development, decentralized systems, AI trends
