Requirements
- Based in the south east of the UK with full rights to work in the UK
- At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails development
- Experience working with a large, production application
- Confident using Git and Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organised, pro-active and happy to work unsupervised
- Team player who is comfortable working as part of a fully remote organisation

Day to day
- Develop and maintain Gleanin's API using Ruby on Rails
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code and tests, following best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate within the product team to design new features and functionality
- Review pull requests for quality and correctness
- Develop and maintain Javascript integrations with third-party providers
- Resolve service tickets
- Develop a deep understanding of our product
- Actively participate in 1:1s and Sprint meetings
- Attend team meetings in London once per month (we pay travel).
