Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
  • 3+ years of experience with MSSQL Server including stored procs advanced queries and triggers
  • Experience building RESTful APIs with XML and JSON
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in real production workflows
  • Required
  • Demonstrated code review experience with unfamiliar code and written solutions
  • Experience with data manipulation across varying formats and sizes
  • Experience with Azure Functions Blob Storage Application Insights or serverless architectures preferred
  • Experience with Windows Services and scheduled tasks preferred
  • Experience with multi-tenant or multi-region platforms preferred
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative

Day to day

  • Develop and maintain C#/.NET services APIs and data-processing applications for a global multi-region benefits platform.
  • Build and support RESTful APIs and third-party integrations that power web mobile and partner experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers testers and team leads to solve complex issues review code and deliver reliable features using best practices and AI coding agents.
