- 7+ years of building performant APIs
- Passion for writing excellent code
- Expertise in database management systems, architecture, and SQL queries
- Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize workload for deadlines
- Track record of building, optimizing, and scaling web APIs
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Open to on-call rotation
Nice to have
- Experience scaling APIs
- NodeJS/PHP/GoLang experience
Day to day
- Lead and join projects improving backend systems' responsiveness and scalability
- Add features to existing codebase, build new microservices, migrate data
- Collaborate to develop creative solutions and improve team productivity.
