Requirements

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies and best practices
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Day to day
- Design and implement efficient backend services and APIs that support core application functionality
- Optimize database queries and data access patterns to improve performance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with frontend developers data engineers and DevOps specialists on system architecture and technical decisions
- Ensure backend systems are highly available reliable secure and well tested with clear documentation
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to strengthen team quality and knowledge
